Grace Foster is an exceptional Kindergarten teacher who has had a profoundly positive effect on my child. Her professionalism, communication, and warmth set the tone for a classroom where students feel supported and motivated. She truly understands the developmental needs of young learners and meets them with patience, creativity, and genuine care. I am grateful for the stability, encouragement, and enthusiasm she brings daily. She is the kind of educator every parent hopes their child will have.

This school has become a deeply disheartening place. The constant turnover, the reliance on under-qualified staff, and the exhausting working conditions have taken a visible toll on everyone. Teachers and TAs look drained, morale feels nonexistent, and the weight of the environment eventually reaches the students as well. The location and commute add another layer of strain that makes daily life even harder for staff and families. It is sad to watch an institution operate in a way that wears people down and leaves both staff and students struggling. Serious changes are needed before this becomes a healthy place for anyone.

Working under this leadership left me tired in ways I did not expect. I wanted a school that felt modern, collaborative, and aligned with real student needs. Instead, I felt stuck in outdated systems, disconnected decisions, and a lack of direction. I often felt invisible, hoping for leadership that built trust and community, but instead feeling like I was drifting without support. The school has potential, but only if leadership is willing to evolve, communicate openly, and treat teacher insight as essential, not optional. Until that shift happens, the disconnect between what teachers need and what leadership provides will continue to take a toll.

I can't wait until my younger son has her for 5th grade. She inspired my current son who is in her class at the moment.

Malvern College Egypt has significant potential, especially with strong educational leaders who understand the work that needs to be done. However, meaningful change will require stability in staffing, consistent behavior systems, and unified direction between leadership and ownership. I am grateful for the parts of the experience that helped me grow professionally and for the connections I made, but teachers seeking a stable behavioral climate or firmly established academic culture should be aware of the current challenges before joining.

Ms. Ryfiak has been one of the few teachers who truly made a difference for my daughter. Her patience, positivity, and ability to make students feel valued has had a lasting impact. I appreciate how she takes the time to understand her students and motivates them in a supportive way. We are genuinely grateful for the influence she has had on my daughter’s confidence and overall school experience.

My child’s experience at this school caused long-term emotional strain that we are still addressing even after transferring. No parent should have to watch their child become afraid to attend school or lose confidence because safety issues are not dealt with effectively. I truly hope the school reflects on the seriousness of these concerns and takes meaningful steps to prioritize student well-being, accountability, and consistent communication with families.
