Comments: I would not recommend enrolling your child with Crimson Global Academy. The constant teacher changes, expensive tuition, and lack of consistency made it feel like my child was never able to settle into a stable learning environment. Sending your child to the local public school and getting them a language tutor was much better then what we experienced. I felt it was a huge waste of our time and money.

What do you appreciate most about the district’s approach to supporting schools and students?

I appreciated that I could have given my child an American education, only if there wasn't the issue of having new teachers for my daughter constantly.

What improvements, if any, would you suggest for the district to better meet the needs of students and families?

Do something about the teachers switching out constantly. Sometimes, because of the time zone differences, the teacher looked tired and groggy when they were from overseas, so you need to find teachers that are local to the country or region. WAY TOO OVERPRICED.

Can you share an example of how the district has had a positive and/or negative impact on your child’s educational experience or well-being?

Just left a bad taste and will not be coming back.

Comments: While Crimson Global Academy provides an academically rigorous curriculum, the severe lack of staff empathy, poor classroom management, and confrontational communication completely destroy that value. We pay a premium private school tuition amounting to thousands of dollars per subject and tens of thousands annually, with the expectation of top-tier professionalism and holistic support. My child is naturally introverted and socially awkward, requiring an online environment focused on positive reinforcement and supportive social-emotional growth. Instead, we have received a toxic and stressful experience. The instructor utilizes an excessively aggressive, confrontational approach when interacting with families. Furthermore, their basic classroom management skills are severely lacking. Rather than handling minor, normal classroom infractions like student talking internally with basic patience, they bombard parents with daily, repetitive complaints, entirely shifting the behavioral management burden onto families. Paying a fortune to an elite academy only to leave a child unsupported, stressed, and socially isolated is completely unacceptable. The lack of basic behavioral management and teacher professionalism makes this massive financial investment feel like a total waste of money and a highly damaging experience for our family's well-being.

What do you appreciate most about the district’s approach to supporting schools and students?

While I appreciate that Crimson Global Academy provides a high-end, academically rigorous online curriculum with an elite learning structure, this academic value is entirely stripped away by the staff's severe lack of empathy and emotional support.

What improvements, if any, would you suggest for the district to better meet the needs of students and families?

CGA needs to immediately overhaul how its online instructors interact with families. Teachers must stop using aggressive and confrontational tactics when communicating with parents via messages. Furthermore, for a premium online program, minor behaviors like talking during live sessions should be managed internally with basic patience, rather than inundating parents with daily complaints and shifting the behavioral management burden onto families.

Can you share an example of how the district has had a positive and/or negative impact on your child’s educational experience or well-being?

We pay an exorbitant, premium private tuition fee to CGA, amounting to thousands of dollars per subject and upwards of $25,000 a year, yet the emotional impact on our family has been deeply negative. My child is naturally introverted and socially awkward, and desperately required a virtual environment focused on positive reinforcement and supportive social-emotional growth. Instead, the constant daily friction and harsh, repetitive complaints from staff about minor behavioral challenges have caused toxic levels of stress. CGA has completely failed to support my child's holistic development, making this massive financial investment feel like a total waste of money and a highly damaging experience for our family's well-being.
