As a parent who has done thorough homework and closely read accounts from within the system, I feel the school has strong academic potential but faces clear operational hurdles. I recently spoke directly with a staff member who confirmed the accuracy of previous reports regarding severe classroom overcrowding and high teacher burnout. The heavy corporate structure seems to prioritize cost-cutting and high enrollment numbers over staff well-being and curriculum integrity. While the school markets premium pathways like the early years IB curriculum, internal reports indicate these programs lack proper support at lower levels. If leadership addresses class overcrowding and invests properly in supporting its qualified educators, it would create a far more stable, safe, and positive environment for the students.

I appreciate that the school maintains a structured academic framework through the CBSE curriculum. My research shows that the senior faculty members who stay long-term are highly dedicated to student success and navigating the core curriculum effectively.
What improvements, if any, would you suggest to make the school experience better for students and parents?
The school needs to focus on managing class sizes and stabilizing its workforce. Based on what I have read and recently confirmed in conversations with a staff member, classrooms often become heavily overpacked, which impacts daily safety and individual attention. Reducing the student-to-teacher ratio and easing the intense workload demands on teachers would drastically cut down on rapid staff turnover.

On the positive side, the structured nature of the curriculum helps build solid academic discipline. Negatively, the high rate of teacher turnover directly affects classroom management and consistency. Speaking with a staff member confirmed that newer teachers struggle immensely with overpacked classes and heavy administrative burdens, which frequently leads to them leaving abruptly and disrupting the students' learning momentum.
