I really love the teachers here, and they are doing an amazing job under a ton of pressure. Honestly, talking to Melinda about the situation really opened my eyes to what’s actually happening behind the scenes. She is someone I respect a lot, and when she told me about the reality of the situation, it made me realize that the messy organization we see as parents is happening because senior leadership just doesn't support their own staff. It’s a toxic environment for the educators, and it trickles straight down to our kids. If the school is going to charge us these crazy premium prices, management needs to drop the attitude, start listening to their teachers, and put the focus back on the kids.

The actual classroom teachers are wonderful and my kids love them, but the way the school is being run right now is incredibly frustrating. We’ve been hit with massive price hikes, but the quality has gone down instead of up. The school has taken in way too many new kids, so everything feels packed and resources are stretched thin. Even worse, good teachers keep quitting mid-year because the management at the top is so disorganized and toxic. That high turnover is really hard on the kids. It feels like the school is just chasing premium profits right now while leaving the families and staff stranded.
What improvements, if any, would you suggest to make the school experience better for students and parents?
Management needs to stop treating this place like a business and start focusing on stability. They need to figure out how to actually keep good teachers around instead of letting them burn out and leave. We need real, honest communication from the top, and they need to make sure the school actually has the resources to handle all these new kids they are letting in.
Can you share an example of how the school has positively and/or negatively impacted your child’s academic or personal growth?
On the positive side, teachers like Melinda have been absolutely fantastic for my child's reading skills and confidence. But on the negative side, the constant chaos and staff turnover are super disruptive. It messes with my kid's routine and learning every single time a good teacher gets fed up and quits because of the management.
